You’ll see lots of mamas in here who have taken nearly all YL supplements, but you need to read up on the ingredients list and decide yourself.
For some women, peppermint, jasmine, and can decrease milk supply. For other women, it’s not an issue. It’s your body, so you’ll need to do what you’re comfortable with! ❤
